Due to the demand for certain products, we may be out of stock for a particular item and your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to facilitate rapid delivery. If the manufacturer is also out of stock, the item will be shipped according to your specified shipping method when the product becomes available. You may receive several packages for certain orders, and there will be no additional shipping charges due if multiple deliveries are required.
All orders to the contiguous 48 states are shipped using standard UPS or FedEx Ground Delivery (3-8 business days), unless expedited delivery options are specified as part of your order.
Please remember that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes. You must provide a physical street address to ensure timely delivery. If you use a commercial mail handling facility (e.g., a Private Mail Box), you should substitute "P.O. Box" with "PMB", "Number", or "Suite". Please check with your mail handler to obtain an acceptable designation.
Deliveries to our customers in
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS or FedEx second day air to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery, and we ask that you Contact Us after placing your order so that we can help facilitate prompt delivery of your products.
Shipments to Canada will be fulfilled using standard UPS International delivery and shipments to overseas destinations will use United States Postal Service International Mail services. Both methods typically take 5-12 business days to arrive, although delivery times can be longer. We cannot guaranty delivery dates for international orders due to varying customs regulations. All import duties, taxes, etc., are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orthotics And Beyond will not be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, etc. There are no additional handling charges applied to international orders.
Saturday deliveries can be requested only by e-mail or phone and where permissible.
Any shipments for which receipt is refused are not eligible for a refund of the shipping costs. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and please notify personnel in Receiving, doormen, rental office personnel, etc. that you are expecting a package.
Orders are shipped relative to United States Eastern Time, so please note any time zone differences at your receiving location.
