All the manufacturers represented by Orthotics And Beyond and its affiliates make the highest quality home medical equipment available. To insure total satisfaction for our customers, the manufacturers will repair or replace, at their election, any product if it is proven defective because of materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover pads, straps, or other items that wear and require replacement under normal use. This warranty also does not cover repair or replacement caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or accidental damage.

All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers.

You may return most items sold by Orthotics And Beyond and its affiliates within 21 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the item purchase price minus a restocking fee of 18%. Orthotics And Beyond will pay the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost of the replacement item only if the item delivered to you was a result of our error. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR OFFER CREDIT FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED, WORN, SOILED DUE TO USE, OR ITEMS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ITEMS FOR WHICH CREDIT IS DECLINED BASED ON THE CRITERIA HEREIN WILL BE DESTROYED AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

-Any item that is returned more than 21 calendar days after delivery.

-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, soiled, or missing parts.

-Any item that is missing the appropriate instruction manuals.

-Any item missing the original packaging material.

-Any product that has been used in any way.
-Any returned products that are deficient in any of these criteria will neither be credited nor
  exchanged, and they will be destroyed and cannot be returned to the customer.

Customers wishing to return an item for credit must Contact Us within 21 calendar days after the receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Customers must obtain an RMA# from Orthotics And Beyond before returning any item either for exchange or credit. Any product returned to our warehouse without this number will be destroyed and cannot be returned to the customer. Any product returned to the manufacturer without our permission is beyond our control, and the order cannot be credited nor can it be returned to the customer.

In order to obtain this warranty, Contact Us and, upon receiving an RMA#, return the defective product in its original packaging with the original purchase invoice. You must use a traceable shipping method (i.e., one that issues tracking numbers), and address the package to:

If you purchased the wrong size item and would like to exchange it for a different size, please Contact Us and, upon receiving an RMA#, place the item in its original packaging, enclose the original purchase invoice, ensure that the RMA# is posted on the outside of the package, and return it to us using a traceable shipping method.  Upon receipt and after inspection and approval, we will send the correct sized item at no additional cost to you. We suggest that when you receive your brace or other item, try it on briefly while wearing a clean sock or other clean clothing to confirm that it fits and is operating properly. If the item is too large or too small, place it back in its original container and Contact Us immediately. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. There is an 18% restocking fee applied to every item returned for credit, which does not apply to exchanges or to a defective item.

Orthotics And Beyond never charges handling fees because we value your business. Shipping costs can only be refunded when Orthotics And Beyond is at fault. If there is a certified carrier delay on expedited, day certain deliveries (e.g., a FedEx or UPS issue), we will request credit from the carrier and we will credit your account when the carrier issues its credit. If a package is delivered to a customer entered address that is incorrect, the customer is responsible for recovering the package and Orthotics And Beyond shall not be held responsible for refunding merchandise costs, tax, or shipping costs if recovery is unsuccessful. PLEASE CAREFULLY PROOFREAD ALL ADDRESSES ON YOUR RECEIPT AND NOTIFY US WITHIN TWO HOURS OF ORDER COMPLETION IF THERE IS AN ERROR.
