The multiple inflatable air cells are user adjustable to maintain limb contact for stability while giving a comfortable fit. The mild pulsating compression helps to reduce swelling, and the lightweight design, low profile, air-cushioned heel, plastezote insoles, and rocker sole combine to reduce plantar pressures and to give a natural feel while walking.
